The order has to be pre-paid as it is a digital product.
Once we recieve the payment and your image, we will send your puzzle to your phone or email id, whichever is applicable.
The puzzle can be played again an again using a reset button, which will create a new puzzle for you every time you press it.
The puzzle is completely solveable, so the amount is non-refundable. In case you have tried solving it for long and you are stuck, just reset it and it will show you a new puzzle. But remember that the puzzle you just left was also solvable and not faulty.
You can also add a personalized message which is visible once the puzzle is solved.
